Spend a lovely Sunday morning, practicing yoga & pilates with a friend or come solo!
We will begin with a practice to stretch, strengthen and nourish your mind, body, and spirit. If you’re new to yoga, if you’ve been practicing for years, or perhaps you are a teacher, please know you are welcome here! We will mindfully flow through a series of movements combining Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga, Gentle & Restorative Yoga, and a little Pilates. You will be guided through a meditation as we conclude our practice time together.
After we’ve worked up an appetite, we’ll be whipping up some unique and back-to-basics style organic pancakes for us all to enjoy while we mingle. Picture a buttery blueberry compote topping over some spinach pancakes, or some fresh strawberries on a gluten-free vegan pancake with maple syrup. All made with love from scratch, using organic ingredients only!
ps— I realize the spinach might sound interesting to some of us…I just want you to know there’s a good possibility you might find yourself asking for another serving. My family and my boyfriend absolutely LOVE these pancakes even though they all raised an eyebrow or two prior to trying them. ;) And if it’s just not for you, we will have some delicious traditional pancakes for you to enjoy!
